"We first me on the phone when we were inquiring about a property. Now it had been about 35-40 years since we had purchased a home. She showed us quite a few properties. Then we found our one. We noticed numerous cracks on the exterior walls of the house which had to be repaired. She negotiated a great credit to us at the time of closing which was wonderful. Plus she had the owner repair all the sprinklers. Debra even got a stucco guy to come to the house to give us an estimate on repair to negotiate the price before we even owned it.
She assisted us all the way through our purchase. She contacted those who we (for some reason) had a difficult time getting ahold of. She connected us with our contact at the HOA. When we did our walk through before closing, a few of the sprinklers weren't working right, so she contacted the other realtor who arrived at the house immediately. The situation was taken care of. She reminded us to contact the utilities to have services in our name. She also supplied us with a help list of contacts in Hillsborough County for Sun City Center. Debra is super knowledgeable in this field. She helped us all the way and never stopped. She went above and beyond (we feel) to make sure everything went accordingly. There were no hitches at the end. Debra is also very pleasant and easy to talk with. We really can't thank Debra enough. She is simply the BEST!"
